Autodeskによるフリーのハウスプラニング・ソフトDragonFly

AutoCADやRevitや3DS MaxやMayaなどの3Dデザインや建築ソフトで有名なAutodeskがホームユーザー向けに、ホーム・デザインとインテリア・デザインのツールDragonFlyをリリースした。Adobe Flexで書かれたDragonFlyはflashプレイヤーを組み込んだブラウザであれば誰でも直感的にプラニングができる。はじめに2Dでベーシックな構造をドローイングしたのち、ライブラリーからキッチン用具、照明器具、電化製品やドア、フロアパターンなどの3Dオブジェクトをドラッグしてくる。そして3Dボタンを押して立体的にすればいい。完成したデザインはDWGフォーマットかRevitで開くためのRVTフォーマットで書き出せる。
