同一首歌が版権侵害で訴えられる

中国中央電視台の人気番組同一首歌が版権侵害で訴えられた。同番組は放送開始から4年間，中央電視台の人気番組となっていて曲は毎回番組中に必ず歌われるが作者は一銭の報酬も受け取っていないとのこと。同名の歌は陳哲Chen Ze迎節Ying Jieが作詞を，孟衛東Meng Weidongが作曲をし，1990年に毛阿敏Mao Aminなどによって歌われ，誰でも知っている曲になっている。番組プロデューサーによれば，同一首歌は商標登録済みとのことだ。
