rss+bittorrent=broadcatchingブロードキャッチング

アニメや映画の.torrentファイルのrss集はあるが，ブロードキャッチングというのは，rssで.torrentファイルが新しくアップされるとそれを知らせ，同時にダウンロードしてくれるものらしい。実装されているのは今のところradio userlandだけのよう。
