廃れるヒンディー語映画
ボリウッドの生産するヒンディー語映画は海外インド人向けに巨額制作費を掛けた巨編を作るなか、インド自身においては斜陽の傾向にあり、それに代わってビハール州やウッタルプラデシュ州で使われるボジプリ語Bhojpuriを使ったボジプリ映画が人気を集め、稼いだ金でボリウッドの有名俳優アミタブ・バッチャンを起用できるまでになっている。
