sxipperとopenid

firefoxのエクステンションでアイデンティティー・マネージメントができるスキッパーsxipperは、インストールして暗号化されたログイン情報をストアしておくと、sxipperをサポートするサイトを訪問するたびにダイアログボックスがポップアップしてマウスでクリックするだけでログインできるというもの。sxipperはopenidにも対応している。また、technoratiのopenidへの対応で自分のブログサイトをtechnoratiで告知するだけで、Ma.gnoliaのようなopenidサイトにおいてtechnoratiプロファイルURLでログインができるようになった。

The plugin (which is pronounced "skipper") encrypts and stores all of your login, password and identity information locally. When you visit a site that requires a login, a little Sxipper dialog box pops up, and you can log in with a click of the mouse. Technorati was already a consumer, allowing you to claim your blogs… and now you can use your Technorati profile URL to log in at other OpenID enabled sites, like Ma.gnolia.
