モバイルでwebを見たりテレビが見れる3Gモバイルは思うほど普及していないイギリスで，3という携帯会社がgoogleとskypeとebayと協力して携帯でもっとネットを普通に使えるようにする。月毎一定料金にして，ユーザーがフリーのインターネット電話やテレビを携帯で利用するよう促す。
